If you find a lower advertised price, from another store or ours, on the same New or Special Order item/s, (See Comparison Guidelines below) within 30 days of your purchase or order placement…we’ll refund you 100% of the difference plus give you 5% back of the entire total (before tax and delivery) in store credit.

We’ll match local retail competitors in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan, that have an established store. Website prices will only be honored from established retail companies that are open to the public and have a physical address.

Comparison Guidelines

We will not honor:

    Mattress Guarantee

    We want you to sleep deeply and wake up refreshed on a mattress you love. That's why every Herron's mattress purchase comes with our 365-Night Exchange Guarantee, as long as you complete a Dream Room testing appointment prior to purchase. If you're not in love with it after 30 nights, we'll gladly exchange it for one that fits better, up to 365 days after your purchase. Here are the guarantee requirements:

    • Complete a Dream Room mattress testing appointment, minimum one hour (couples must participate together)
    • Use a proper foundation or support system once it's home
    • Sleep on it for at least 30 nights before requesting an exchange, to allow for a proper break-in period
    • Use a mattress protector the entire time you have the mattress
    • If exchanging, return it in the same clean condition it was delivered in

    At Herron’s Amish Furniture, we believe that outdoor furniture should be an investment that lasts a lifetime. That’s why we stand behind our Poly Outdoor Furniture with a Lifetime Guarantee on structural integrity—for as long as you own it.

    Crafted by skilled Amish builders using high-quality poly lumber, our furniture is made to endure Ohio’s changing seasons and years of everyday enjoyment.

    You can rest easy knowing your furniture is protected against cracking, splintering, rotting, or breaking under normal residential use.

    Shop Outdoor Furniture

    *Our Lifetime Guarantee covers the structural integrity of our Poly outdoor furniture when used under normal residential conditions. However, this guarantee does not apply to non-Poly board materials, electrical components, lighthouse lighting, fading or discoloration, glider mechanisms, fire pit mechanics, surface scratches, or normal wear and tear. It also excludes cushions, fabrics, and sling fabrics. Additionally, any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper care, acts of nature, or commercial use is not covered. Only applies to the original owner and proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.

    1. Search for your furniture ideas. Photos, brochures, web pages, blueprints. Find examples on our website that inspire you, on Pinterest, or from anywhere. We'll use these to customize the perfect piece for your home.

    2. Customize your furniture. Visit our Napoleon, OH store and meet with a furniture specialist to customize your furniture selections. Choose your furniture size, solid wood type, finish color, hardware, upholstery, and more.

    3. We'll deliver to your home. All our Amish-built furniture is made just for you! We will ship your handmade, heirloom furniture to your home with our white glove delivery service and assemble it on site.
