Our showroom is located at 2250 Scott St. Napoleon, OH
We're open 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday. We're closed on Sunday for family, faith, and friends.
Our American made Amish furniture comes straight from the crafstmen of Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina. No particle board, no veneers, it is solid wood.
Most items arrive pre-assembled.
Poly wood is a completely carefree outdoor furniture. It’s available in many different styles and colors. Our poly furniture is made with over 94% of post-consumer recycled plastics. It is UV resistant to protect against fading. It’s termite-proof and requires no painting, scraping, or replacing. Another great thing about poly is that it will not crack, split, warp, rot, or splinter.
No, we offer many more pieces that are not shown on the website. We are constantly adding new Amish products to the showroom floor at the store. If you require something not shown, please send us an email, and we'll try to locate or manufacture it for you.
Printed catalogs are not available because of the continuing variety of our inventory and the sheer number of Amish builders. However, we may have additional pictures and literature that we can email if you know specifically what you are interested in.
We honor all our manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by the manufacturer and different components within their products. It is important to note that depending on warranty terms, age and condition of furniture, shipping, handling, and labor may not be covered items. Ask your sales associate for details. This warranty does not apply to issues caused by the failure to maintain proper (35%-45%) humidity levels in the home. Warranty is void where pets are involved.

Full payment is required to start any built-to-order furniture purchase. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Shipping & Delivery
Custom furniture orders can take as little as three weeks and as long as 16 weeks to ship. Most of our furniture is handcrafted in small shops, so many factors can affect lead time. The majority of orders are typically shipped within 8-12 weeks.
White glove delivery by our professional delivery team is usually within 10 days. Delivery by a third party shipping company may take up to 14-21 business days.
White Glove includes delivery into your home and assembly of all items. Our professional delivery team will place the furniture in the room(s) you designate and handle any assembly (i.e., assemble beds, shelf placement, etc.). Delivery fees apply and are based on the delivery location.
Yes, all of your pieces are 100% insured through the carrier. We inspect every piece before it ships. In rare instances, damage may occur in transit. Please inspect all furniture at the delivery time; if damage occurs, please be sure to note it on the delivery log before the carrier leaves and then call us directly at 843-225-2513 to report damages.
