White Glove Delivery Service

Items are carefully delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice and are fully assembled. 

For a seamless delivery service experience, kindly adhere to the following guidelines: All balances should be settled before we initiate the delivery process, ensuring an uninterrupted service. Items will be thoughtfully delivered to, and if required, assembled in the room of your choosing. Additionally, if your order includes a mattress, we offer a complimentary service of removing your old mattress at no extra cost. To facilitate our delivery team, we ask that you have the room prepared for delivery, with all old furniture cleared out. Moreover, please ensure all walkways and driveways are cleared of any snow or debris to allow easy access. Lastly, for the safety of your pets and our delivery team, we kindly ask that all pets be kept in a secure location away from the delivery area during the process. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery service.

Delivery Plus

If there are existing pieces of furniture that need to be moved upstairs consider our Delivery Plus service. This premium service provides the added convenience of rearranging other pieces of furniture within your home. To initiate this service, all balances must be paid before delivery, and an additional $50 fee is required for Delivery Plus.

Customer Pickup

The furniture is not in cartons or crates, so please bring appropriate padding material (old blankets, etc.) and a large enough vehicle or trailer. When you are ready to pick up your furniture, please notify the store at least a day in advance. This will allow us to prepare your furniture to be loaded.

Furniture Packaging

All of our deliveries are blanket wrapped, the furniture will not be packaged. The driver will unwrap the moving blankets and take them with him.

Freight & Shipping

Actual shipping charges may be adjusted due to the weight and dimension of some items shipped. We will contact you in such a case. Shipping and deliveries are made following the standard rules and regulations of these respective shippers. Arrival time for standard ground shipments is dependent on the distance of the package destination. Herron's Amish Furniture does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or national U.S. holidays. Herron's Amish Furniture does not deliver to post office boxes except in shipments to military bases. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for any reason.
